FOS finds in favour of consumer, in complaint about commission Black Horse, paid to a credit broker

FOS upholds Mrs Y's complaint that commissions paid by Black Horse to the credit Broker worth nearly £1,300 failed to act fairly and reasonably to the consumer who was not made aware that a loan agreement she entered into included a DCA arrangement.

Mrs Y paid 10.5% interest, but the agreement could have been set up with a rate of 5.5% by the Broker.
