FOS upholds Miss L's complaint that commissions paid by Barclays to the credit Broker worth nearly £1,600 failed to act fairly and reasonably to the consumer who was not made aware that a loan agreement she entered into included a DCA arrangement.
Miss L paid 4.67% interest, but the agreement could have been set up with a rate of 2.68% by the Broker.
